We're pleased to offer the following services in our Winston-Salem Veterinary Clinic:
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
While we are not an emergency facility, we partner with Carolina Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Service located at 1600 Hanes Mall Blvd Winston-Salem, NC 27103 to help with any emergency your pet may experience. If you feel your pet has an urgent emergency, please call 336-896-0902 any time of day or night for assistance. If you are unsure whether your animal has an urgent emergency, feel free to call us and speak with one of our doctors who will be happy to help you decide where best your pet should be seen.
(Please note that currently we are only able to see established clients/patients. If we have not seen your animals previously, please contact your regular veterinarian or Carolina Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Service at the number above.)
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. Currenly our average wait time is between 1 and 2 hours.
