So what exactly is Vello? We like to describe it as a single place for everything about your pet. You’ll have access to a ton of great features, including:
Vello App & Web Experience: Now you can access your pets' appointment information, medical records, prescription information, review upcoming reminders, and request appointments with Vello. You can access it from the mobile app in the Apple App Store, or via the web experience. Best of all, there's no username and password to remember, all your information is pre-loaded and Vello will authenticate you via your mobile number or email address.
Confirming Upcoming Appointments: You will receive email and text message reminders for upcoming appointments through Vello. Reminders include a link to confirm your appointment and preview instructions to make the most of the visit.
Due Services Reminders: You will receive email, text message and postcard reminders for upcoming and overdue services like vaccinations and wellness exams, these include an easy link to schedule an appointment straight from the reminder. You can also manage your communication preferences.
